Lion King at the Orpheum

This post doesn't have so much to do with Ticket King Saint Paul as it does with theater in Minneapolis, but what I saw was so great, those of you in St. Paul should know!

I went to see the Lion King at the Orpheum on Saturday and, wow, it was amazing!

The opening scene actually gave me shivers as the cast performed to a T the opening portion of the Lion King where Simba is introduced at Pride Rock. The stage, as well as the isles, were filled with life-like animals as the theater was encompassed with amazing sound.

Seeing the Lion King makes me want to see Beauty and the Beast even more when it comes in the fall!

Wo. How are there still tickets available for the Lion King show at the Orpheum? I have heard nothing but great reviews for the Lion King performance.

Why not make a weekend of it... Get your Lion King tickets! This is the last weekend in town for the show, but you can choose from four different shows - two on Saturday and two on Sunday. Enjoy a little pre-Valentine's Day lovin' with Simba and the gang.
